The "Junior Class" is an energetic and engaging program designed for children aged 8 to 16. Through a mix of games, obstacle courses, and fun challenges, we introduce the fundamentals of movement and fitness. The main focus is on developing essential motor skills like running, jumping, balancing, and throwing, while also improving coordination and flexibility. The Junior Class provides a safe and playful space for kids to burn off energy, make new friends, and discover that being active is a lot of fun! Each session is led by our experienced and certified coaches who are passionate about creating a positive and encouraging atmosphere for every child.
